Problem
ZIDA’s previous website provided essential information but did not fully differentiate between the needs of new and established investors. This made it harder for users to find relevant content quickly, and the overall user experience didn’t reflect the agency’s goal of providing a seamless, investor-friendly digital platform.
Solution
4IR worked with ZIDA to reimagine the website from a user-centered perspective. Through journey mapping and wireframing, we identified the distinct needs of new and returning investors, then designed and developed a modern website that guides each user type through a clear, tailored experience. The result is a more intuitive, professional platform that better supports ZIDA’s mission and improves investor engagement.
